Custom Metal Bending and Brake Application
FYP Custom Metal Design offers sheet and plate metal bending services. When you bring a project our way, we can not only cut sheet metal to the size you need, we can bend it to meet he needs of the project.
Our brake is just one of many tools that will allow us to provide the services our clients need. This tool gives us the unique capability to handle certain project the most shops our size cannot handle. We have made the investment into this tool so that we can create custom solutions to any project you bring our way.
How long of a piece of metal can FYP bend?
Our break is ten feet long. The maximum length of material that our brake can handle is determined by the thickness and makeup of the metal. Depending on the length, our break is able to handle metal from 1/32” thick to 1/4” of an inch thick. That combined with our CNC plasma cutting capabilities allows us to handle a huge variety of projects.
How large of a project can FYP handle?
FYP Custom Metal Design can handle projects ranging from one single piece to a run of hundreds of parts. We work with our clients to create a custom, scaleable solution for their sheet metal bending needs.
Our unique business structure allows for flexibility of hours as well as running multiple shifts if needed.
